wildly blooming

all is blooming here.

some of the poppies are aching
to be gathered and put to use.

others are content to stay put.

rooted down feeding from this rich earth while reaching up and absorbing the light from the soft sun-moon.

being of use by becoming.
by being.

skillfully. unwieldy.

This is lovely, Jessica…I have been reflecting on which of the poppies I am; I think that I am both; still seeking and aching to find the true me that i can at last be comfortable with, yet arriving at that place, feeling like a train coming into the station at the end of a long, long journey and still wondering if this is the trip that I “planned”. ❤
